I see that the ratings have been relatively high for this company, but here I am with a mom, aged 88, requires a lift in assisted care to get in/out of bed. The lift broke, we had a 3-year protection plan and I thought all could/would be handled in very short order. WRONG. My bad, but didn't realize that this company takes 24-48 hours to determine if the repair request is even accepted....(almost 3 days in this experience). Then, they told me they passed along to their "partner" to get the lift fixed. In this case, that was WSR Solutions (nothing about this company suggests anything related to "solutions"). It has now been over a week, with no solutions, response, or effective communication channel to get this resolved. The "solution" company let us know the technician "declined" the service...WTF? Then went on to let me know when they'll get this resolved...please beware of companies that have chat/voicemail/email as the only points of contact.

Med Mart matched a local price without hesitation. The shipping was professionally done in a very short period. I highly recommend this company for your home health needs. Troy
