Darrell F was very helpful in assisting me with navigating the many choices for sit to stand lifts available. I purchased the Protekt STS500 compact Sit-to-Stand lift. It was delivered within a week and has been invaluable in safely and comfortably transferring my mother. The compact size makes it easy to maneuver through doorways and halls. We have been using it for months and have experienced no issues. Thank you.

Person that answered the phone was brief and seemed like my call was an interruption in his day. I have never had to purchase a hospital bed, questions that are asked, even if seeming irrelevant to the customer service person, should not be addressed as an inconvenience. Paying almost $4000 for a bed, my questions are important to the person spending that amount. Still have no idea when to expect the bed. Hoping the 2 weeks ordering will work. You typically don't have a big advanced notice on when you will need one.

You changed me for the scooter on July 21 and I didn’t receive it yet today is 8/14!!!You should charge when it ship!!!!
