Good morning, I reviewed your order that you placed with Darrell and I assure you Darrell himself and his own integrity nor by our basic standards would we be deceptive about a lead time for a sale. There was an inaccurate tracking added to your order prematurely as we used to ship these slings out ourselves and that did cause a few days delay. The moment we realized the issue, we submitted the order to Joerns directly and they shipped it and I see it was delivered to you 5 days ago by UPS. We sincerely apologize that this delay happened and super happy all is well now! Thank you and it's a pleasure to help further if ever needed.
