Not a good recliner
Sales person was extremely friendly and answered all my questions however the recliner I received was not what I needed or wanted. I am handicapped with MS and I told the sales person this and that I needed a recliner that had a seat cushion that was firm. It was not. I immediately sunk down into it and could not pull myself out of the "divot." I needed the back of the chair to not be too puffy. It was so thick and puffy that my neck/throat was bent down to my chest and I would not be able to drink or eat. The foot lever of the recliner did not lift up enough. I told the sales person I am immobile and need my legs raised just what a normal recliner lifts them to. I could not raise them to a normal recliner position. They were too low. I asked about the arms of the recliner that opened up to store things. She said they were sturdy. They were not. They kept opening up if I even touched them or leaned on them. My husband and son sat in the recliner and it did the same for them. The storage containers on the arms are so deep, you cannot reach anything in it. Sadly I spent $2800 on a recliner that I cannot use. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this recliner at all. Not worth all that money.
