I personally don't know what was wrong with the bed. My mother is bed bound and the first 3 hours she complained her bottom was on fire from the pressure. The reasons i had spent this amount of money was to prevent this. I had talked to a representative and was recommended this particular matress. So i was disappointed when i had to swap back to her previous matress because this one didn't work out. Now im out 600 dollars and a useless matress thats taking up space.
