My contact was Lynn. I had several conversations with her while getting information from her and my doing outside research. She was absolutely pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. Sometimes it's hard to be patient with an 84 year old who doesn't have the best memory. She did a great job. It motivated me call back and wait till I could talk with her personally to make this order just in case she's on Commission. She did the work. And I was the grateful recipient. The product I ordered was the Gogo Elite Traveler 2 Platinum.
