The packaging of the lift was badly damaged but you suggested we should try assembling it anyway--any broken parts would be replaced with no charge. Fortunately, nothing was damaged. I appreciate you quick and helpful support in letting us know how to proceed. The lift itself is great. Thanks. JFE.
