Excellent support
SEAN, my advisor did a great job helping me to get the products I needed. I haven't received the bed yet but my first experience was very positive and I spent less than I expected.

The ease of use the site to find the different beds is great. I don't know about the customer service, delivery and the set up I paid 400 bucks plus for, yet. As soon as I do I will get on here and let you know. Meaning I will update the star review. I'm hoping I can end up giving a 5 star review. I'm just commenting on a fraction of my experience so far.

Pay attention to the shipping
My experience was good except for the shipping. The initial tracking that I received showed that my package was delivered but was not delivered to my house. It was delivered to another location then shipped to my residence. If you could inform me of this process when I make the order it would be very helpful.

Very helpful and knowledgeable!
The man who took my order on the phone was very helpful and personable. He offered suggestions that helped me decide on my purchase. Also the transport chair I purchased was reasonably priced and less expensive than Amazon and plus I got personal attention.
