I made a purchase for a sit-to-stand lift. The customer service rep Lynn was fantastic! Her suggestions were spot on and greatly appreciated. I contacted her again today to purchase a hospital bed and another item. Again she was so friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent experience all around. Will be purchasing from Med Mart again and again. I already started telling friends, family, co-workers, and home health organization about this company. I also love that they are a family owned business!

I paid $1500.09 for a scooter on 7/28. I paid to have a technician come to my house and set it up. He finally got here on 8/27. He messed up the steering so that the wheels won't turn. It is unusable. I just got off the phone with Daniel at customer service. They don't have another technician locally and have closed my case!! Basically they aren't going to do anything to fix it! I guess I will have to get my attorney involved to get my money back. Stay far far away from Med Mart, their customer service is non-existent!
