Edit- Your refund for the difference was done already in the amount of $276 which was because you wanted to keep the protection plan (PP) after initially wanting to cancel it. We're trying to keep up here and help you in any way we can. The additional $75 will be refunded and we'll cancel the PP, no problem at all. Hi Gloria, Kristan is your sales rep and account manager and has kept you apprised and informed throughout the exchange process and all of the changes, cancels, uncancels, etc to help accommodate you best due to the original inconvenience of a part for the scale you ordered being on backorder. We can't always help when backorders happen, but we do our best to fix problems as they arise to the best of our ability and will continue to do so as needed. There is an escalation ticket that was entered this week of you asking for what the protection plan provides in writing versus the verbal description of what Kristan explained to you and that will be replied to by management at your request as soon as possible. If there's anything else needed, let us know. Thank you.
