Julie was a big help in getting the best scooter for my dad. The one I was looking at would have been too much for him to handle and she directed me to a perfect fit which was actually a cost saving selection.

The product and speed was great, however the product has a glitch that makes it harder to use. Customer Service has told us over 2 weeks that they would get someone to call or come but no response from the manufacturer. I realize you don't have control over manufacturer but Follow-Up would be nice

Having made 4 phone calls and be put on hold 4 times and once by a consultant for 30 minutes not counting waiting for two hours for a return phone call. I ordered a lift chair a week ago and no one can tell me when I will recieve it. Once you have my money I am of no concern.
