My package was assumed lost to me. I kept calling my post office with no avail. I was becoming so frustrated and desperate. I decided to call MediSave directly to ask if they could reach out to my local post office. I met the most wonderful representative, Sandra, and I could not be more happy. She took my worries away and made sure my package was there waiting for me to pick up. The customer service from them alone is worth five stars. The product itself was amazing as well, exactly how I wanted it engraved.
