Product was backordered for months
Product was backordered for months. After initial contact, nothing was said to keep me updated. I finally changed the product (different color) which was sent quickly. I had ordered engraving on the merchandise but it did not happen.

Unfortunately the original item was on back order with the manufacturer and we are happy the color was able to be changed. I am concerned the engraving was not done and we would like to have the oportunaty to correct that and get that process taken care of right away.
