Richard, I apologize if we overlooked the engraving which is clearly indicated as Tatiana Mountz on your order. To be clear, the engraving would appear on the left hand side of the chestpiece if you are holding the stethoscope by the tubing and looking directly at the smaller, diaphragmed side. I know the contrast on the new mirror finished chestpieces can be an issue with the high polish finish. If we have, in fact, missed the engraving I'm happy to send a pre-paid return to get the stethoscope back for engraving or refund the engraving fee - whichever you prefer. Birthday gift
I paid extra for same day processing (not a lot extra might ...very reasonably priced) and I got the stethoscope within (2) days....It is everything it said it was and was a hit as the gift I purchased it for. Excellent quality and was much less than all the other sights I checked. would DEFINITELY recommend!!!!
