I live in Western WA and went to 4 different places to get my stethoscope engraved, without any luck. I was happy to find Medisave online. They had great customer service and I received my stethoscope back very fast!

I wasn't aware a signature would be required for my order. If I had known I would not have had it sent to my house. The package was sent through the worse carrier available, USPS. Because I wasn't home USPS left a notice on my door to reschedule the delivery. I went online and rescheduled for the following day, but they did not attempt to redeliver. Now if you look online to track my package it says it is in transit and to be delivered 3 days ago. I will now send my daughter to the post office to try and locate the package and hope if they have it they will release it to her. If I wanted to leave the house to receive my item, I wouldn't have ordered on line.

Mel, I'm sorry for the trouble with your shipment. We do entrust our carriers to handle and deliver our customer's orders with care and professionalism - there are the unfortunate exceptions to what is typically a seamless transaction. The signature requirement is detailed in our shipping terms and conditions. It is a vital tool when our carriers do not meet expectation. We also do offer other shipping firms in addition to USPS. Given their heavily discounted prices, however, USPS is the cheapest. Please let me know if you are unable to retrieve the package from the Post Office.
