Ordered your product as a nursing…deceiving color
Ordered your product as a nursing graduation gift. She loved the gift, and engraving, but the color was not what I expected. Bright sea foam green was a dull ugly green. Sorry, but it was a disappointment.

I'm sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. Color can be notoriously difficult to convey online. Each monitor and, in fact, the light in the room can dramatically change the tone of the image. It is for this reason that we specify; "All images of products are purely for illustration only, and do not form part of the description of the product." on our Conditions of Use page. That said, we do want you and your new nurse to be happy with your stethoscope and would gladly switch the engraved chestpiece to another binaural Free of Charge provided that they share the same chespiece and are in stock. The only expense to you would be freight back to us - we will make the exchange and ship back to you at our expense. Since May
Since May I paid and never remember to send my Stethoscope for engraving. Someone contacted me and asked if I wanted a refund or will I send the package. I said yes I will. I finally remember to send it the last week of November. 3 days later, the stethoscope was at my way, and I had to sign to receive it. Thank you, I will recommend madisave anytime. 🤗🤗🤗
