Muhammad, I apologize for the confusion with your order. It was shipped December 5th (USPS tracking 9410836895232593253797). According to USPS they attempted to deliver the package on the 14th but as they could not get a signature they left a notice. It looks like a redelivery was scheduled on the 17th. Majie, As discussed it is our policy to have our customers return items at their expense that, for whatever reason, do not meet expectation. Of course we pay for the return of damaged or incorrect items. This item in particular should qualify for USPS 1st Class Mail (around $3). Upon its return with all original parts and packaging we would issue a refund for the merchandise.
