Fast and trustworthy. However, the only difficulty was actually obtaining the package. since a signature was needed (which I don't mind) but it would be nice to know up front. I almost missed a deadline for a school item check due to not having advanced knowledge to sign for the package.

Blake, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The signature requirement is the best way to insure proper handling and delivery to our customers and it is detailed in our Shipping Terms. We understand that many of our customers are not available during the day. Each of our carriers provide ways to pre-sign, pick up or even sign remotely online for packages.
