I'm sorry for the trouble with this order. As discussed, USPS does show the package as delivered. I understand that you do not recognize the signature on the Proof of Delivery. We've filed an investigation with USPS and hope to hear back from them shortly.

The product on the website was listed with multiple colors of tubing. When I attempted to call twice to return it for the correct color as well as have 3 different chat conversations I never received a response or call back. For the amount of money I spent I expected better customer service. Will never use this company again.

Nat, I'm sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. Color can be notoriously difficult to convey online. Each monitor and, in fact, the light in the room can dramatically change the tone of the image. It is for this reason that we specify; "All images of products are purely for illustration only, and do not form part of the description of the product." on our Conditions of Use page. In cases like this we typically offer to switch the engraved chestpiece to another binaural Free of Charge provided that they share the same chespiece and are in stock. Regrettably the stethoscope you selected is the only Rainbow Chestpiece with Violet Stem.
