The stethoscope description claims to reduce ambiant noise. It does not. It claims to show pulse on the screen. It does very rarely. Do not get it personalized until you buy it and try it. If you have to return it they keep 200$ to "restock" when it only cost 10$ to engrave. I would not recommend 3200 littman to anyone.

I'm sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. Once engraved we can not, of course, return these items to regular stock. That said, if there is any technical issue with the device it would be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Did you contact 3M Littmann - 800-228-3957

I received my engraved stethoscope very quickly. It was a quick, no hassle experience. Will shop here again. And would highly recommend to others.
