The accounting and delivery service were outstanding. Product was engraved as specified, I am told that this brand is excellent by a person in the nursing profession. So I do not see any problems with the equipment. I would recommend Medisave.

I had a code for 10% off my order and my code wouldn't work so I called customer service and they told me to go ahead and place the order and in the comments box explain what happened and they would take 10% off, well thu didn't. I have record my item and it is great but I will NEVER recommend or buy from them again due to the horrible customer service.
Response from Medisave US LLPJun 12, 2013
Dear Tiffany I am very sorry to hear of your complaint and we shall look into this as a matter of urgency. Your order should have been discounted on processing and may well show up as a refund of the 10% on your account. If this has not happened this will be done with immediate effect and I shall respond and confirm accordingly. This would have been an oversight if this is the case and if confirmed, please do accept our sincere apologies. I shall update you with further information and confirmation of refund. Kind regards Medisave Customer Services
