I ordered a Littman stethescope and a lab coat as a graduation gift for my nephew from nurising school. I realize I had put the wrong size of the coat and put the wrong state as billing and delivery address. I had sent a ticket to have it fixed and not one but two reps contacted me to help me. That is great service! They fixed it, got it last week and mailed to my nephew. The laser engraving was great and with it being free you can't beat that! I would order from them in the future.

The only hitch: can't talk to anyone until 11am EST. Well, how many customers do you have who live in the West Coast!

I did not receive my package even though the tracker said it was delivered. I emailed them telling so and they replied within an hour saying they would send another out right away and I received it the next day. I thoroughly appreciate this company and their product is quality.
