I ordered a stethoscope on Friday (Labor Day Weekend), and it was engraved and shipped in less than an hour and 30 mins…I have prove because I received the shipping notification from FedEx. I recieved it on Wednesday and I truly believe I would have gotten it sooner had it not been a holiday. The price was unbeatable and they provide free engraving (which was perfect). 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way around!!!

Order # 10010353 Not happy about the shoes I ordered they were too big and I have to pay to have them returned. I am paying for shipping for my order both ways. Your company should have paid return labels. i will not order again from Medisave :(

Dear Angela I am very sorry to hear this - sizes and colors are listed and chosen by the customer. If we have made an error and sent the wrong size that you didn't order then of course we would be responsible for the returned items. I am assuming we sent the size that you ordered which is why you were eligible for the return of the item. Should you wish to order from us again, please email [email protected] for an online discount to use and please accept our apologies. Kind regards Medisave Customer Services

I was very pleased to receive my engraved stethoscope within a short period of time after ordering it. Don't quote me, but it felt like 2-3 days! Someone had stolen my last stethoscope and I needed to replace it. Thanks to Medisave, I wasn't out of a stethoscope for long and I was able to continue assessing my patients, sooner than later! Thanks Medisave
