My stethoscope arrived with amazing speed! It was also engraved and still shipped very quickly. It looks great, and so does the engraving that was done. I will definitely be a repeat customer as well as recommend Medisave to friends and family. What makes the experience even sweeter is that I bought the stethoscope on sale and still had a 5% discount code I could apply from Facebook.

Stethoscope went missing and needed a replacement ASAP. Placed order on Monday, had my new stethoscope in hand on Thursday. Name embossed on the bell and all!!

While she has not seen it yet, I know my daughter-in-law will be thrilled with this stethoscope. Having used a Littman, myself, for many years (I'm a veterinarian), I speak from experience.

Ordering on line was easy. Getting enscription was a bonus feature we really liked. The price was good too.

I ordered a lightweight Litton with engraving when it arrived the chestpiece was PLASTIC! The engraving was cheap-looking and not centered. They also didn't state that delivery would require a signature which isn't convenient for people who work during the day. I had to drive to the FED EX station and pick it up. What's the use in ordering online if you have to pick it up yourself? I posted a complaint and was told to send a picture of the product with the engraving and I've attempted to do so......THREE TIMES and it is returned stating the pic is too large no matter how much I crop it. I would never, ever order from them again. Bad product and even worse customer service is a combo I will avoid. There's too many other options out there.

Dear Michelle The Lightweight does feature a plastic chestpiece which is what makes it lightweight and it the preferred option of many nurses. We are happy to send via the delivery method opted by the customer of which a number are available - Fed Ex do require a signature, but we are also happy to ship to work addresses if the customer prefers. I am very sorry to hear you are not happy with the engraving and have asked a member of the team to contact you today to get this matter resolved to your satisfaction. Our sincere apologies Medisave Customer Services UPDATE: I believe Rob has sent a very detailed e-mail to you and is awaiting your intruction as to whether or not you would like to replace with a Classic II SE. Kind regards Medisave Customer Services

I truly recommend Medisave to order a stethoscope to all my peers at nursing school because it is simple and the delivery was really good and faster than what I thought. I ordered on Thursday and got it on Saturday morning, I was so happy with the effectiveness of the whole process.

I bought the Littmann Cardiology III Series via the Back To School promotional program. Got a great deal with my named engraved on the stethoscope for free. Every time I emailed to ask about something, I would always get a response back promptly. So, Medisave has excellent customer service. The shipment actually came earlier than I even expected!! Highly recommend Medisave for other medical students.
