Great service! I was hesitant at first to order from medisave but from the beginning to the end of transaction (receiving package) everything was at it supposed to be. Definitely, I will come back and buy more at medisave. Thanks Guys!

Nice product and received very quickly. Shipping is too expensive. The BP cuff i got was $16 and the cheapest shipping I could get was FedEx $10.20. That seems silly doesn't it????

I ordered the all black edition Littmann Classic II SE Stethoscope. I also asked for the stethoscope to be engraved as it was a gift for my wife. The engraving looks horrible as they failed to mention that being the all black edition the skull icon I asked to be engraved has a known issue of not turning out well. Instead they engrave the stethoscope and shipped it to me. Now they want me to pay the shipping costs to send it back since I am not happy with the way it turned out. Quality control goes along way and for Medisave they are more worried about money than making the customer happy. I could understand if I mispelled something and it was engraved exactly as I spelled it, but this is not the case. Both the Manager and Customer Service Rep along with the Engraver in the UK all know that the skull icon turns out horribly yet they still engrave it and ship it. Very poor customer service!!!

Dear Jason I have spoken with Rob in our team who explained that he requested a photograph of the product to ascertain what had happened. He has said that initially, they thought you may have had a cardiology model which the skull tends to appear quite small on due to the smaller surface area for engraving. It appears you have the Classic II on which symbols usually engrave well. From the image sent it appears to have been engraved exatcly as you specified. However, as a goodwill gesture, Rob offered to replace the entire stethoscope free of charge with no restocking fee, engrave it without the skulls, and pay for the freight to return the item. He simply requested that you send the original back and after you put the phone down, he did reiterate the offer in an e-mail.
