Great website, best price on web, prompt delivery. All positive

I ordered a stethoscope from Medisave. A few hours after placing my order I received a notification that the item was out of stock. I contacted Medisave and was told a shipment was due in the next day, however, they were unsure exactly what was on the truck. The following day I contacted Medisave again to see if my item was in the shipment. I was informed the truck had not arrived yet but they could take my phone number and call me as soon as it arrived. I skeptically gave my number to the operator. I have had situations like this before, from other companies, and have never heard back. A few hours later I received a call from a nice women who stated she went out to verify my item was on the truck and it would be shipped out that very afternoon. I was very surprised that I even received a call, let alone a call promptly after the truck had arrived. I would do business with Medisave US again!

Overall the services and prices were great. Fed Ex. Did not call prior to delivery as stated and delivered to the office of the dwelling which delayed receipt, as the office made no notification to the recipient.

Ordered 9 stethoscopes and unfortunately some colors were out of stock. They called me and let me know about the situation and helped me with the options. We decided to wait until the colors came back in stock and was surprised to find out they were all shipped within the week! Only complaint is the "live chat" option. They hardly respond. In my attempts they only responded back once I used all caps in my message and seemed angry. But once they did, they were quick with answers and helped me.

Engraving is free, and item arrived as promised.

Ordered and bought a Littman 3200 stethoscope. Good price, good service. No problem.

Package arrived right on time. Tracking updates helped keep tabs on when it would be in. Stethoscope exactly as stated on website. Engraving makes it easier to keep track of it during classes. Will be back for future purchases.

Ok am happy with my order just need to say a little more with the shipping ie for three day shipping three business days it actually took me a week to get my order that I ordered in a Thursday. I would have just gotten regular shipping that was cheaper.
