May 6, 2015 I ordered a stethoscope for my daughter-in-law who just was accepted into nursing school for fall term. Stethoscope was exactly what she wanted, engraved nicely too. However, my email below describes the problem I encountered. NO ONE has addressed this issue to this date and I contacted them twice now. So I got ripped off by paying additional shippage for this item! And that was the whole point to ordering online and paying the additional monies for the shippage; to get the item here quicker!! To Whom It May Concern, I ordered a stethoscope on the 15th & paid for three (3) day shippage. delivery. My stethoscope wasn't delivered on Sat the 18th (3) days later! Now if it's delivered tomorrow no one will be home to sign for it! I'm very upset. This was a gift for my daughter who was just accepted into nursing school. Now what? Isn't this just great. Had I known the stethoscope wasn't going to be delivered within the promised 3 days I wouldn't have ordered it. Sincerely, Sally

I had no issues with medisave whatsoever. In fact, compared to all the other medical supply websites, this was the most organized, up to date, and user friendly. My main issues are 1) the engraving is much smaller than you would think 2) for medical students who are already taking out $200,000 in loans not including interest, purchasing decent supplies is a must and I would think that such a fine distributor such as Medisave would regonize this and either a) partner with medical schools to give discounts b) partner with 3M etc and find some wiggle room for discounts or c) give the discounts with a valid .edu email address and understand that by being the ONLY company that provides medical students with a great discount means increased presence across the continent (Facebook, blogs, emails - re: where should I buy my medical school supplies?), increase name recognition and increase future customers both new and repeat.
