I ordered my new stethoscope on April 9. They sent me an email, requiring the conformation of the order, I responded right away that I did order the item. On April 10 they sent me an email that the address is wrong and i need to correct it, I missed this email among my other emails and realized only on April 23 that it has been sent two weeks ago, when I started wondering where is my order. I responded to the email with the correct address. But I guess they didn't receive it again, so I called. They added the address and told me that they will send it over right away, i didn't get anything and called again on May 5. They said that they didn't send the item because it wasn't in the stock (thanks for letting me know!) and now they have it and will send it. I finally received it on May 7, it only took them a month to fulfill my order.
