I ordered a binaural (replacement part) for my stethoscope and went through the process of purchasing it with no problem. However, instead of a confirmation email, I received an email stating the stethoscope in that color will be on backorder. I don't know why they didn't tell me as I was purchasing. Then I gave them a couple of weeks, but still heard nothing. When I emailed them to find out when I would get it, they offered another color. I told them I wanted the color I ordered. That's when they finally told me that they didn't know when I would get it because Littman no longer sells the binaurals, only the new stethoscopes. So I'm wondering how long I would have waited if I hadn't emailed twice. Instead, I did end up getting another color. Poor service.

Even when my item was backordered, they let me knew and we're open to changing the color to allow for earlier deliver. The product came as described. I ordered a stethoscope which had laser etching and they made sure the new order had the laser etching. I strongly recommend this site.

I have cancelled my order , becouse I could not make the payment with my non USA credit card. The shipment was not going to make it in time , becouse the person who was receiving it was leaving town in a couple days. Then Medisave helpdesk Redigo Mateo came to save the day. He prepped the order , engraved the stethoscopes, and send the order via FedEx expedited , BEFORE i even PayPal the payment !!! I got the order overnigth with time to spare thanks to the trust of Mr.Mateo in me , to rush the shipment before even been paid !! Thanks for this " first time ever happened " experience !!! :-) . I was recently accepted into nursing school and I ordered the Littman Cardiology III, I ordered the turquoise blue with the smoke finish, I also had my name engraved on it. I love it to say the least, it shipped the same day and had it by the end of the week! I can't wait to start using it!
