Good price excellent service and fast delivery would recommend to everyone

I had ordered a Littman's stethoscope through them and I paid EXTRA to have it engraved. I opened up the package and there is the stethoscope but no engraving. I called them the following day and they sent me a return label and the woman instructed me to send through UPS and they will get it and send it back within 3 days. I have yet to receive the package - I called and spoke with a P.O.S. supervisor ROBERT and I asked him to refund me for the amount that I paid to have it engraved and he said he can't! But could give me no logical explanation as to why. This will be the LAST time that I EVER order anything from this company ever again. Terrible customer service especially around Christmas time!

I received most of my order on time, however I have not received a scrub shirt that was to come with the order. It is on back order and I was not told this when I placed the order. I would like to get it by Christmas since it's a gift but I don't know if that will happen.

I ordered a RIESTER R1 SHOCK-PROOF SPHYGMOMANOMETER WITH ADULT VELCRO® CUFF. I am not happy with my order, because the one they have on their webpage has a black display manometer and the one they send me was white. Nevertheless the shipping was on time and sphygmomanometer is complete and works perfectly.
