I had an issue with my order. I called them and they sent me a return label and sent our the new one and overnighted it to me. They were kind and apologetic. I have bought a few stethoscopes from medisave and I will continue to do so.

Medisave met and exceeded my expectations in terms of the product itself, the speed of engraving, processing and shipping, and the degree of communication regarding the status of my order. They were also cost competitive. I have already used the company again.

Good communication throughout total transaction.

From buying to the shipping and handling of my purchase I was always informed of my purchase progress and assured that my product would arrive to whom it was supposed to. A+ service all around.

Everything was great, the price, the selection, the engraving, the quality, and timely delivery. The only problem was the color shown was not the same in person. I was expecting a coral color, an orangey pink, but what I got was a bright pink color. The stethoscope is great quality, it was a gift and pink is not the recipient's favorite but orange is, so I was a little disappointed but it has her name engraved on it, so it is what it is.
