Just had a lot of difficulty getting my order. Upon receiving it, we realized the engraving had an error. Not worth restarting the process so we’re just going to keep it and shop somewhere else to try again. Wish it could’ve went better.

Jay, I see that there was an issue with the stethoscope you originally ordered. Unfortunately, 3M Littmann has discontinued a large number of popular color combinations recently. I see that we changed your order to another color. I don't see any notes in our system regarding an engraving error. Feel free to contact me directly if we did not engrave your stethoscope as requested on the order. Robert Kaiser [email protected]
