No stars
No stars! My order was shipped by you to my billing address instead of my shipping address!! I spent over two hours today trying to contact you via telephone, WebChat, WhatsApp, e-mail and Facebook to no avail!

Sorry for the trouble with your order. As we discussed, that was the address you supplied when you placed the order online. Most customers are happy when their order ships quickly - I'm afraid that speed did not serve you in this case.

Ordered this for my wife
Ordered this for my wife, who's an RN, for Christmas. Arrived sooner than I expected it to. I let my wife open it early and she loved it! Definitely will order from you guys again.

I ordered parts for my stethoscope on…
I ordered parts for my stethoscope on 11/02/2020 I have not received them, but my pay Pal account has been charged. No E-mail as to why and I'm unable to track my shipment. Also on the phone number when called I receive a message from Verizon "Your call cannot be completed as dialed."
