arrived as ordered with engraving in timely fashion. I did panic for one minute when I got the confirmation email and the engraving had question marks instead of what I ordered. Fortunately, I saw the line below that said not to worry about question marks-it would come as ordered.

Sorry - the unicode symbols can not be interpreted by our automated notification system so they come through as "?" - I'm glad everything worked out.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered a Littman 3200BNB (website said it was in stock) and after being charged and paying for express shipping it never shipped. Then received email stating there was an error in the payment method (even though credit card was already charged). After finally getting in contact with someone was told that really the issue was that the stethescope was out of stock and would be back in stock by the end of the week. Another week goes by, inquire again.... now told it would be the end of the following week. Another week... I go on the website to check my order status and my order has been canceled. Without so much as an email letting me know. I could have purchased a product from another retailer and would have already received it by now. Will never purchase from here again. What a waste of time.

Sara, I'm sorry you had what seems to be more than one issue with your order. We have had issues getting these electronic models from Littmann lately. It also sounds like there was a billing issue with this order. We have a very stringent security protocols for our online orders. Even with our streamlined system the engraving does require time and effort for which we do need to charge.

Received my orders 3x stethoscope ballistic case, littmann lightweight ii, littmann classic iii and littmann cardio iv with engraved name. All items are complete and in a nice packaging. The engravings are perfect. And lastly communication thru email is a breeze. I highly recommend this shop. I will buy more in the future since i browsed their website and they also sell other brands and stuffs.

I have a severe hearing loss and when my Littman 3000 stethoscope died I was real at a disadvantage with my work as a nurse, because I cannot hear with any of the stethoscopes my agency provided. My new one came very quickly and I only had two work days without a stethoscope. Thank you.
