I have yet to receive it
I have yet to receive it. Medisave never told me they didn't have it in stock when ordered. Even thought when I called they said they always email their customers, I never had an email.. check inbox and spam to be sure.. So it took forever to even get it in production. Now the tracking for it, said it was suppose to be delivered on the 14th and now it says it's late and won't give me any update if it will arrive. To bad my wife won't have her gift for Christmas.

These are trying times for sure. We've had both stock issues with our supplier (3M Littmann) and delays with our carrier (USPS) - all completely outside of our control. Your frustration with us is understandable but could be shared with those two organizations. It looks like your package has yet to be delivered but is at least getting closer. We hope you see deliver this week.
