I bought two stethoscopes during their black Friday sale and was completely impressed by their products. Although their was a slight delay; I believe that since my purchase was made during their black Friday weekend sale, I had to do a second verification of address and security code to my credit card via, but I was not in a hurry to receive these items since they were both going to be Christmas gifts. After verification, I received my stethoscopes within 3 days. Only complain was that one of the stethoscopes seemed to just be thrown into the box, but other then that the products were great and I would definitely purchase from Medisave again in the future as well as recommend others to purchase from this company... thanks :)

I ordered a stethoscope and had it engraved. I payed with amazon payments and I received a confirmation from amazon immediately that I had payed Medisave. The only problem I had was that Medisave themselves did not send me an email until about 3-4 days later that they received my order. They also require signature on delivery which made it a little hard to receive the item. Their customer service line was not working properly the first 3 times I called. I used live chat but they were unable to help due to the item shipping in the US. I think that if they are selling a product to US consumers there should be better support. The product was received in a timely manner a day earlier than I expected and the product was in pristine new in box condition and works amazing.

I am very satisfied with the look of the product, I purchased it as a gift for my daughter. I am very satisfied with the fast shipping and I received my order in full even though I had an engraved item also.

Thank god for their Black Friday sale to help me save even more! Overall it's a fantastic company. Everything shipped and arrive in a timely manner; however, the only flaw was how the shipping was handled. I received my stethoscope with the packaged enveloped damaged. Didn't expect it to arrive in mint condition, but having a few tears and significant holes in the packaging was unexpected. Would've preferred a box, but oh well, item wasn't damaged.
