Just as described

I ordered a stethoscope with engraving and I received it extremely oily and as if the handler didn't bother to properly put the stethoscope into it's case properly. It looked as if it was just thrown in the case and forced shut. When I contacted customer service they had to get a upper level team member to email me and that took 4 days just to get a response which is unacceptable. After I received an email from the upper level Medisave team member for a return, they just forwarded me to the returns team. It has been 1 week now and Christmas is rapidly approaching and still no response from them. I am never ordering from them again. Seems like customer service will make no attempt to make things right.

I researched my purchase so knew what I wanted. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick, before expected. It is a gift so I hope the recipient is happy with it.

The product was beautiful and was excellent quality, very crisp and clean sound. I had it personalized and Loved it! The color options were fantastic to make it more individualized, it makes a wonderful gift. It shipped the next day since I ordered it so late and it arrived VERY promptly and in pristine condition.

Delivered just as expected.
