Great experience
Great experience shopping with Medisave US LLP. Quick service, quality engraving. The color was slightly darker than it appeared on the computer screen, but it's pretty and wasn't a problem at all.

Online picture different from item
I received my stethoscope fast, engraving with awesome but unfortunately the color displayed online is not the color I ordered. It was a more darker metallic burgendy color not light pink as discription entails.

They fixed my mistake A++
I recently ordered a present for my wife and had it engraved, only I goofed and put the wrong credentials on it. I called the next day and they resolved it for me within 10 minutes. Their customer service was fantastic and very courteous.
