Product selection very good. Model instrument I wanted was in stock, ordering process good. This was to be a Christmas present, so I paid for and got quick, timely delivery. Instrument was in perfect condition on receipt. I would use this company again.

I am a first time customer. I purchased a stethoscope as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She is a registered nurse at County USC hospital in Los Angeles. The stethoscope was suppose to be laser inscribed with my daughters name surrounded by hearts. It was shipped fast enough to me, but there was no laser inscription on the stethoscope. I checked my packing slip/order and there was no indication of an inscription noted. I checked the billing and Saw that I was charged for it. This was a huge disappointment for myself and my daughter. I placed a call on 12/23 to the company to try to get the lack of inscription on the stethoscope resolved. I received an email that they had received my phone message and would call me back as soon as possible. So far I have not received a callback. Being that I was the first time customer, I was also offered a 5% discount on my order. I clicked on the offer button for the 5% and got my discount code, but there was no place to load it in my online order. I assumed that it would automatically show up on my billing receipt. When I saw the billing after I paid online, I saw that I was not credited with the 5% discount. So I placed a ticket online to get it resolved. The next day a customer service representative resolved the error ticket for me. I was given a refund to my PayPal account. Just another aggravation that any new customer would not want to deal with on their first transaction with a new company. Not a goot dtart for a possible long teem customer!

Ordered on Friday .my gf needed a new stethoscope so I sprung and got her one with the lasered engraving ..it arrived 4 days later I haven't given it to her yet .. But I will on x mas day .. Hopefully I did right ....
