Purchased a new Littman stethoscope with case at a price cheaper than all the other sites I could compare to. Also, I was able to have it shipped to me less than two days. Item was shipped out the same day I ordered, as I was notified via email with a tracking number. Great price, customer service and ease of use. A+

I'm rateing this a 1 star not due to product but due to company. I paid for this item to be delivered and was told no problem on this. Watched it show up to fed ex in my town before the holiday and still didn't get it till the following Tuesday. Why pay for something if your not gonna get it. Pointless. Thanks for ruining a gift as well as I have to send it again because family left Monday before it got here. Thanks for costing me shipping twice. One is understandable but get it to me when I pay for it to. Called fed ex and said the company didn't want it delivered before the holiday because it wasn't specified. Well it was when I paid for the shipping. Very inconsiderate company. Fail in my book.

Hello I have asked Robert to contact you regarding this. I am not sure what has happened but this may well be down to FedEx - we would not have specified that we wouldn't have wanted the item delivered before the holiday so I am not sure where this information has come from. I am sorry that you have not received the level of service that you would expect but I am sure there is an explanation. I will make sure Robert contacts you today and that the postage is refunded as a matter of courtesy. Kind regards Melissa - Medisave Customer Services

The product shipped out quickly. I received everything together and exactly what I ordered. The prices were the best that I could find and was worried about quality in both the product and service but was pleased to see that was not the case. I will definitely order again and recommend this company to anyone.

My son decided a couple of days before Christmas that he wanted a new stethoscope. The selection was great, he chose a Littman Cardiology IV w his name monogrammed on the head piece. It arrived on the 23rd and was exactly what he wanted. The quality is just right. The price was competitive. We both highly recommend using Medisave.
