Sorry for the delay. We had already been seeing delays across all our carriers due to the pandemic - unprecedented winter weather in the south-central United States created terrible delays - all, unfortunately, completely out of our control.

I never received any kind of confirmation email for my purchase. But I did receive my product it was the wrong type. It took two weeks to send me the right one.

My new Littmann Core Digital Stethoscope is a great advance over my Littmann 3200 Stethoscope. The audio is much clearer and louder with better external noise suppression. The price was the best I could find after searching a few websites and the shipping was on time.

Crappy company. Does not meet their promises, lies about shipping times. I paid for overnight service, and my delivery took over a week. Weather was bad, but this company did nothing to help the situation. I am front-line taking care of COVID-19 patients, and this company would not stand up to their promises, would not apologize or make the situation right. BOO MEDISAVE!

AnnMarie, I apologize again for the trouble with this shipment - an unprecedented weather event within the FedEx system and throughout the country. I am still awaiting an update from FedEx on your package and a host of others shipped Next Day by us as promised on Monday but, as of this moment, undelivered. I’ve refunded your freight costs and will forward any updates I receive from FedEx.

Good morning. Being a nurse, I wanted to give the stethoscope I ordered for a family member. The product is excellent, however, it took 4 months to get it. Recognized it is not your fault but from whom you get your products - Was kept informed, and I emailed you often. Again - excellent product, engraving very nice, worth the money and the wait.
