Where is my blood pressure monitor? Order was placed October 4--so far nothing but a grand announcement that...the shipping label had been generated. Why isn't zero stars a choice?

I never received my item.

The medical masks we purchased were awful. The photo appeared to show that the elastic was around the ears, which it is not, and the elastic isn't the typical comfort-type....it is a rubber band STAPLED to the mask. They were left in our mailbox loose....no box or envelope or any type of protection. Not even a mailing label.....just 30 masks tossed into our mailbox. (Maybe it was a Post Office issue, but all around, these masks are uncomfortable, not as pictured, and cheaply made. Not happy at all with this purchase.

the presentation was terrible. I found 6 packs of mask dumped in a bag, no boxes.

Good communications. Expedient service even with circumstances beyond their control. Full transparency.

It started out rough, but they made up for it in the end. I was frustrated by the lack of communication at first and had requested my money be returned, but I finally heard back from them and my item was expedited as fast as possible. Thank you
