Return policy (20%) seems extreme. Called to return unopen not needed equipment. Not with return, web site claims 100% returns guaranteed but then states about returns and 20%. will not use your company moving forward.

My items arrived promptly with the exception that one of two in my last order was back-ordered. I did not get a notice that it would be delayed which alarmed me when I learned that one item was missing, as I had these items sent to another individual. However, when I called I was connected with someone quickly and informed that the one item was back-ordered. The company should notify the customer of back-orders, etc. so that the customer doesn't have to track it down. I appreciate the the discounted prices.
