I ordered a bed assist on April 29th and have yet to receive it. I emailed to ask when it should be arriving, and the response was an email asking for me to wait another 7 to 10 business days. Now it’s been almost a month and I will be needing this item soon. I looked back on the first email and got the phone number and called and no one seems to ever be there. I’ve sent 2 more emails asking for a refund so that I can look locally for what I need and now they won’t answer at all. Next, I guess I’ll dispute the charge at the bank and try to get my money back. I’ve been trying to figure out if it’s a fake website and if I’ve been scammed. Anyone know?

PERFECT! speedy shipping and great price. Had an issue with my card being flagged as fraud and I got a phone call within 10 minutes. Great service.

I ordered these to be used as potty pads for my puppy. They were wonderful, but at that price and frequency of use, they are just too expensive. Absolutely loved them, however!

I love the fact if I get low on our supplies it take only a few days to get to us. Always right on time.

First order we made did not get to us, delivered to wrong address, supposidly. Our credit card was charged, though. for the full amount. We reordered, the second order came o.k. compliments of someone name of Joe Thanks Joe.

No communication and a lot of finger pointing. It wasn’t until I told them I was going to dispute the charge that someone finally called me. Terrible company

Our agency ordered an item and did not receive that item. Instead, we received a different version, which is approx. $50 cheaper than the one we initially ordered and paid for. Medical Source was contacted and made aware and they informed us to return the item for a full refund. They didn't offer to ship the correct one we ordered. We then decided to keep the wrong item, as another client found it useful. We contacted the company again and made them aware that we will not be returning the wrong item, but would like a refund for the difference in the cost of products. Initially, they argued stating that the two items cost the same amount and asked where we received our figures from. We explained it is clearly listed on their website and they agreed to refund the difference. This refund has still not been received at the time of this review.
