Took way way too long to complete the order an no explanation given for the delay in delivery. The best I can say as when the order fit came, it was correct

2 stars due to poor communication. Did not ship for 2 weeks after order and had to ask for status. Expect them to inform you, if order is late.

I called and emailed several times to check on order status and got no response. Phone was not answered and emails were not returned.i ordered from another company because I thought there was a problem with the order. I then just last week received the order which arrived too late. I would like to return but again cannot reach anyone.

Three + weeks to ship seems a bit excessive and in the mean time I had to order a 2nd one from another outfit.

Part of my order did not arrive until well after it was needed. I reached out for direction on how to return the late items for refund. I have not gotten a response.

I ordered the ensure for my wife who just had surgery. It took 4 weeks to get the order. But you had no problem charging my credit card right away.

I took quite a while to receive the order and then I received a double order.

I didn’t have any experience with this company. But the name drew me to them. However, the product came later then I needed. So then on top of that I need to pay back to the company restock fees which to me is outrages. I don’t know if I’ll ever use them again for medical products.
