It took 6 months for them to ship my madsage chair for my husband . I had to threaten to call the FBI and report them as scammers and then had to threaten to call my bank and report fruad on them too . Before they would send out my item . They suck .

Purchased a wheelchair due to price and stated arrival date of 4-5 days later. After 2 weeks of trying to contact them to see what was going on, I found out my shipment was cancelled through UPS. I reached out and told them I would be disputing the charge with my CC company if they didn't cancel my order and issue a refund. No explanations, and no help, I wound up going with Walmart and got the same chair in 3 days for $60 less. Will avoid in the future.

Order arrived quickly. It was easy to find and order the product I needed.

The buckles are so far over on one side that they can’t be reached. This product should have been sold for only a right foot.

didn't ship items until I did a claim to my credit card because it never showed up

Ordered in July. Received in October. I needed this for an acute problem so it didn’t help at all.

Took way to long. When I ordered the bed alarm all I got was the pad and that the alarm you had to buy separately and I thought it all came together. I really need this as my husband has dementia and has fallen out of bed plus gets up many times in the night. This would have helped.

I can’t believe you would even ask for my opinion. I was having a hard time with my asthma and I ordered the nebulizer I was sent a confirmation. I would have it within a few days. It literally has taken over a month.. the irony of all this it’s that I called your company numerous times and asked for a cancellation because I had to go out and purchase one and yet it was still sent without even a return call. If I could give you a zero I would.
