Horrible - ordered a product, paid for expedited 3-day shipping and never received the product. Called the company twice and left messages on their voice mail, no response. Emailed 5 times, no response. Ended up having to take legal action.

I messaged a couple times about return policy, and no one got back to me. I also sent an email, and still no response back. It has been over a week. At this time, I think our question is being outright ignored, which is not professional.

Excellent customer service with fast responses to emails from a "live" person. Ron even answered my phone call after posted business hours. This is the reason I placed my order through medicalsource.com and will definitely purchase from them again.
