The buckles are so far over on one side that they can’t be reached. This product should have been sold for only a right foot.

Ordered once got no verification about status of order, then reordered and got verification of both orders and received them a few days apart. What happened???

The bracelet is to big and I guess that I didn't read the information good or there wasn't enough information about your bracelet I was hoping to put what type of diabetic I was and emergency information on it in case something happened but none of that was on it

I did not receive my order yet. It is Aoril 3rd. M I beleive is should have arrived around March 26th. I am now out of my test atrips. Please let me know when I will receive my order. Maybe you can overnight them. I can't afford to pay the high price at the Phamarcy..

Tracking orders.

I gave 3 stars because the product was good quality. I give 1 star for customer support and misinformation. It took at least a full week before my order was processed. I never received an email when the shipment was sent. He just appeared at my door 2 1/2 weeks later. But then i received an email that the item was sent a few days after i had already received my order. In a nutshell it was an uncomfortable experience.

Response time was slow. I had to inquire the status of my order. My payment for the items had been distributed from my account and yet for days I heard nothing from the company. After expressing my concerns, I was issued an acknowledgment and a proposed time for delivery. That too was changed, but I did finally receive the order.
