Wrong product shipped
Order for eight COVID tests arrived with the wrong brand of test. We have ordered from medicalsource.com several times before and this is the first time there has been a mistake. Attempts to reach the company via email and phone have not worked yet (two business days later).

Lack of customer support
The shipment of my order was significantly delayed without any explanation although my credit card was immediately charged. I made an inquiry to customer support regarding the status of my order and I never got a response back. I did eventually receive my order.
