Dear Dendi, We're truly sorry to hear that your experience with us was disappointing, especially during an important occasion like prom — we understand how frustrating that must have been. Your order was refunded in full due to the item being sold out, and we sincerely apologize for the delay and the back-and-forth it took to complete the process. While this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, we’re taking your feedback seriously to ensure smoother communication and faster resolutions in the future. We appreciate your patience during the process and are very sorry we couldn’t deliver the product as planned. If you feel that your review could be updated to reflect the resolution, we would be grateful — your feedback helps us improve and serve our customers better. Thank you again for giving us a chance, and we hope to provide you with a better experience should you consider us in the future. MEAN BLVD

Dear Emily, Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed and honest review. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations — especially considering the high value and hopes you had for the dress. We completely understand your disappointment regarding the product’s condition and the long returns process. While it’s never our intention to cause frustration, we acknowledge that the overall timeline, especially for returns involving international vendors, can be far from ideal. Your feedback helps us identify where improvements are needed, particularly in ensuring product quality across different vendors and streamlining our return operations. We’re grateful you highlighted the efforts of our team member, Atee — your kind words mean a lot to us and to her personally. While we regret that this experience led you to decide not to order from us again, we respect your decision and truly appreciate the opportunity to have served you. Should you reconsider in the future, we’d be more than happy to assist and ensure a smoother experience. MEAN BLVD
